Paramekkavu College of Arts and Science is committed to promoting the holistic development of its students, and as part of this vision, the college has implemented a Yoga and Fitness Club. This club aims to foster physical wellbeing, mental clarity, and overall health through a variety of yoga practices, fitness routines, and wellness activities.
