Minutes of Council Meeting of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)
The council meeting was conducted through online mode using Google Meet on 02.05.2024 at 3 PM.
AGENDA of Meeting:
1. Impact Lecture Program
2. Formation of Student Council
3. Planning of IIC Activities for the month of June and July.
The meeting commenced with the opening remarks of the Convener Mrs. Sreedevi V about the importance of this meeting.
1. Our Respected Principal Dr. Capt. Suseela Menon R welcomed the Members. The Convener of IIC has shared the presentation about Institution’s Innovation Council IIC activities for both Quarter 3 & 4.
2. Discussed the formulation and function of IIC & shared roles and responsibility among joined council members as per the guidelines of MHRD’s Innovation cell.
3. The Convener Discussed the type of activities (IIC calendar, MIC Driven and Self-Driven), features of IIC portal for monthly report submission mechanism.
4. Bindu A B and Mrs. Soumya C will apply for the Impact lecture funding for the college.
5. The council decided that Mrs. Sreedevi V, Athira Somasundaran and Akhila Karthikeyan will apply for the NIDHI Incubation Scheme.
6. All the Activities were listed and assigned as per choice for conduction.
7. Minutes of meeting will be Recorded by Mr. Sajil T S.
8. Abhay K has taken the Responsibility for the IIC portal Login to upload All Reports along with Mr. Sajil T S.
9. The Council has agreed to convene next meeting on 03.06.2024.
10. The Convener proposed the vote of thanks and the meeting came to an end.
